USA Championships All-Session Tickets on Sale Friday

NCAA West Regional all-session packages and UO single-meet tickets also go on sale Friday.

        EUGENE, Ore. -- All-session ticket packages for the 2011 USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships will go on sale Friday at 8:30 a.m. online at www.GoDucks.com/tickets. Phone sales (541-346-4461) and in person sales at the Athletic Ticket Office in the Casanova Center will begin at 9 a.m.

        Also Friday, all-session packages for the May 26-28 NCAA West Preliminary Rounds and single-meet tickets for the 2011 outdoor regular season will be sold.

        The World’s finest track and field team will be on display at the 2011 USA Championships. Held June 23-26, the Championships will select the members of Team USA who will compete in the IAAF World Championships Aug. 27-Sept. 4 in Daegu, South Korea.

        For the 2011 USA meet, the three all-session prices being offered are $100 for Gold level, $80 for Silver and $65 for Bronze (general admission).

        All-session packages for the May 26-28 NCAA West Preliminary Rounds are $35 for adult reserved, $25 for adult general admission and $20 for child/senior G.A.

        The NCAA West Preliminary Rounds serve as the first and second rounds for the NCAA Championships for virtually every NCAA Division I school west of the Mississippi River. The top 12 finishers in each event will advance to the finals of the NCAA Championships June 8-11 in Des Moines, Iowa.

        For Oregon’s regular season meets, including the March 19 Oregon Preview, April 9 Pepsi Team Invitational (Oregon, Nebraska, Stanford and Washington), April 22-23 Oregon Relays Presented by Oregon Community Credit Union, and the May 6 Oregon Twilight, ticket prices are $15 for adult reserved, $12 for adult general admission, $10 for child/senior G.A. and $7 for group tickets.

        2011 season tickets are also still on sale.

        Single day sales for the USA Championships and the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds will be announced later in the spring.
