Come join us at Dorris Ranch in Springfield for a 5k cross country style run and walk.  Registration begins at 5:00pm and the race starts at 6:00pm. 

Special guest speaker Lauren Fleshman will be on hand to talk about training, recovery and her own Picky Bars (recovery nutrition bars).
