Member Appreciation at Pepsi Invitational
The Oregon Track Club will again host its popular members-only appreciation event at the Pepsi Team Invitational on Saturday, April 11, at Hayward Field.
Join with other members of the OTC for light refreshments at 2:30 p.m. while watching the Oregon Ducks compete against University of Kentucky and Pac- 12 rival Washington.
There is no charge to attend the party, but you will need to purchase a ticket to the meet unless you are a season ticket holder. Tickets are available on GoDucks. com.
The social will be held on top of the Weights and Measures Building at the southeast side of Hayward Field. For access, just check in with the volunteers at the base of the stairs. They will have a current list of members.
The meet gets underway at 1:50 p.m. with the men’s discus. After a masters exhibition mile and 100-meter races, the first running event is the women’s 5000 at 2:28 p.m.
In its fourth year, the social gives members of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors an opportunity to say “thank you” to club members and to answer any questions regarding the club and our activities. |
